Man Feels Guilty for Kissing Married Woman

I have always been attracted to a woman i have seen around locally on occasion. Recently i found out that she is the wife of a guy i know through my best friends brother. A few days ago we were out in a local bar and she was there with some friends, i couldn’t keep my eyes off her and we got talking, i never planned for anything to happen, i never thought she would be remotely interested in me because she is so unbelievably beautiful. We were all taking a taxi home after the bar and as we all live in the same direction then we shared the ride home….we were both sat in the back two seets of the taxi (a people carrier) and in our drunkenness we ended up kissing ….

….i’m obviously now regretting it and worrying about her husband finding out. If i was married then it is something i would never want to happen to me and i am ashamed of myself for doing what i did in my drunken stupor. Her husband is a nice guy and we’ve always got on when we’ve met at social gatherings.
I enjoyed the kiss but it’s something i should never have done and feel so guilty about.
