Girlfriend Guilt-Stricken After Smooching College Beau

I am a 31 year old female in a committed relationship. I love my boyfriend and would NEVER do anything to hurt him. Ok, I guess that will sound like a load of crap when I explain my situation:
Two weeks ago, I received a call out of the blue from my college boyfriend. He was in the city for a business trip and wanted to meet up. At first, i was shocked that he even called. I was obsessed with him in college and he broke my heart! I swore I would never talk to him again. But, when i heard his voice, I was overcome with emotion. So, I agreed to meet him.
Well, after a few drinks and one too many reminiscent stories, he was kissing me. I was so caught up that I didn’t even think about what I was doing.
I had enough composure to stop it there, but I still feel extremely guilty. I’m not sure if I should tell my boyfriend. he knows something is up, because I’ve been acting so strangely lately. I know it was only a one time thing and I assure you it will NEVER happen again. I am not that kind of girl. but, I’m torn about telling him. What should I do?
