Cheating Husband Feels Guilty, Powerless

I promised myself this wouldn’t happen but I have gotten myself involved with this woman. Before my I got married, I was cheating on my then girlfriend with this same woman. I managed to break it off when we got engaged but it was hard because this woman didn’t want to let me go. She was even at my wedding because she is supposed to be a friend. Now it has started again. She just kept calling and emailing. Now I feel like if I try to break it off again that she’s going to tell my wife or do something crazy. I really don’t know what to do. Part of me just wishes she would die.
