So i feel pretty shitty about even admitting this, but i have to tell someone. My boyfriends in the navy and weve been together for about a year now. I love him to death but now that hes gone he acts so different. I understood that when he left i wouldnt get to talk to him that much, but now when we do talk its all just constant arguing and problems. I feel as though he doesnt appreciate me anymore. So ive been seeing a coworker for the past 2 months now. He treats me so much better and always makes time for me. He really cares about me and has never done anything to hurt me… i dont know how i got myself into this situation but i really need to get out of it. its killing me.

People shouldn’t cheat but sometimes when you feel like you need another guy to make you happy at least have the courtesy to him its over or something so he won’t be stressed. I’m not trying to sound mean or anything, because I was stressed about my guy too, but I was strong enough to resist temptation. I know how it can get the better of some people, cuz we all are only human. So if you really love this dude just tell him the truth and end it if necessary and stop dragging both of them along.

I can understand that you’re lonely and frustrated. You have two options: end it with him, or continue cheating with this guy and deal with the guilt. But ask yourself - who do you really love? The dude you’re cheating with, or your bf. If the answer is your bf, you really should just reign in the cheating. Or at least keep it to kissing or something. It’s not right to do that to someone you really love. If you don’t love him anymore, you might as well cut him lose.
