Boyfriend Has Wandering Eye and Wandering Hands

I really think my boyfriend is cheating on me. I just don’t have any solid evidence. Whenever we’re at the mall or anywhere in public, I’m constantly catching him looking at other girls. He barely tries to hide it. He’ll even turn around and check out the butts of a girl we walk by. When I call him on it, he just laughs and tells me I’m being paranoid. He says that I’m the one who looks at girls. It’s true that I look, but I’m checking out their clothes and everything. He looks at them like he’s ready to tear their clothes off.
Worse than that, I saw him grab my friend’s ass when they were hugging each other goodbye. She slapped his hand away, but obviously like it. When I told another one of my friends about it, she told me he’d done the same thing to her!
Now every time I’m with him I feel like I’m with a stranger. I feel like he must be cheating on me but I also wonder if I really am paranoid. The problem is, I haven’t caught him doing anything really wrong. This feeling is all in my gut, but it’s driving me crazy. Am I crazy?
