Boyfriend Cheats on Woman, and She Cheats Back

I have been with my boyfriend (recently turned fiance) for 3 years. When I met him he was already in a relationship and lived with a woman whom I knew nothing about. I found out too late after falling deeply attached, and was greatly heartbroken. This caused lots of grief, embarrassment, and even a fights between her and me. I continued to stay with him through all the stress due to my love for him. Until summer of 09, he finally moved out and we were together officially. Well, so I thought.
I believe he continued to see her even until today. But then the summer went horribly wrong. He was cheating on me with someone else. I didn’t have proof but i felt it. We started to fall apart slowly but surely and hardly spoke or saw each other because of his infidelity.
So one night I saw a long time crush of mine. I always LOVED this man but never knew him at all. Just always saw and admired him from afar at parties and around the neighborhood. He has always tried to talk to me but I always refused him because i was in a relationship. Until that night I saw him while in my heartbroken state. And that night I finally didn’t refuse. We exchanged numbers and the rest is history. We began meeting up regular and began having sex, not just normal sex but passionate sex as if we’ve known each other for years. We were just so comfortable with each other. He made love to me and made my legs tremble as my bf never did. I was deeply infactuated with this man and I still am.
But unfortunately our escapades ended by a jealous friend of mine informed my bf of my affair. It hurt me deeply to let go of him but I did. And my bf and I worked things out. I later found out my instinct were right and he had indeed been cheating, so i no longer felt guilty about cheating. He has cleaned up his act now and we’re very happily engaged.
The problem now is I can’t focus on him. Only my crush fills my head all day everyday. Its funny, my bf always told me that even though he was with his other gf and me at the same time he always was constantly thinking of me and I was the first thought in his mind when he awoke in the morning, even though his gf was right at his side. Well now I feel the same as he did. I yearn for someone else’s love and affection. Is this karma? Is this payback for him dumping his ex for me? Will this cycle repeat it’s self?
